We advised an independent oil and gas company in Madagascar on its onshore activities. We advised on corporate structuring to detailed aspects of the petroleum code, including fiscal provisions. We also advised on area disputes between oil, gas and mining companies and assisted the development of a dispute resolution mechanism within the local authorities.
