Sitraka advises international clients investing in French-speaking countries in Africa and Madagascar on corporate and commercial law, capital markets and securities law, competition and employment law and occupational health and safety. He acts as international coordinating counsel providing local law advice on multijurisdictional business activities, and advises on redundancy processes. His practice focuses on Madagascar but includes Benin, Burkina Faso, Gabon Ivory Coast and Mali. A Malagasy-qualified lawyer, Sitraka was also a teaching assistant on corporate, civil and employment law at the University of Antananarivo for the first and third year students.

Hoby specialises in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and mining, resources, energy and environmental law. Hoby’s experience has covered intellectual property, employment, securities and banking law issues across many francophone African countries as well as litigation matters before the court. She also advises on acquisitions and conducts due diligence investigations.

She has a Master’s degree from the University of Antananarivo and a qualification in Court Proceedings from the Institut d’Etudes Judiciaires.
