Bayee Alex Besong

Bayee is based in Douala, Cameroon. He has a broad Corporate practice covering Finance, Telco/IT, Power and Renewables, and Natural Resources (Oil & Gas). His vast experience includes advising on several Corporate Finance transactions, Oil and Gas transactions, Infrastructure Projects, Power projects and several mergers and acquisitions. Bayee is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. He is both a member of the New York Bar and the Cameroon Bar Association. He is fluent in French and English.
