Madagascar Rwanda

We acted for a global leader in telecommunication tower operation in relation to its acquisition of telecommunication masts in Rwanda and Madagascar. We conducted a full regulatory and legal due diligence on the assets and advised on the most efficient corporate structure to achieve the client’s investment aims in-country. In Madagascar, we liaised extensively with the Regulatory Authority of Madagascar Communication Technologies (ARTEC), in respect of local licencing requirements. We were responsible for realising this structure, and for advising on every detail of the plan, from company/corporate law, to security, employment, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
