We advised an American social networking service, as part of its Express Wi-Fi deployment, on the licensing regime in Cameroon for spectrum known as “TV White Spaces”, which generally refers to gaps in frequency existing between TV broadcasting channels that were created for the purpose of avoiding interference (usually in the 40 MHz to 900 MHz range).
