We advised an AIM listed company on its acquisition of a share in a Madagascar Production Sharing Contract. Advice included reviewing the PSC and opining on its legality and continuing validity, performing a thorough due diligence of the project structure (including relevant corporate documentation and the share purchase agreement), working closely with the Nomad to ensure compliance with the AIM rules and working with both purchaser and vendor to resolve conflicts arising locally.
