We advised a biofuel company on the listing of its Madagascar project on AIM. We advised on initial corporate structuring issues including the form of company and domicile of the parent as well as assisting in the negotiation of contracts both for provision of product and acquisition of land. We further advised on risk mitigation strategies for the corporate investor, confirmed the corporate structure and provided a closing opinion prior to listing.
