We advised a port and terminal management company on the construction and operation of a bulk handling facility in Fort-Dauphin, Madagascar. Our advice included the review of the client’s contract with a global mining group for the export of mineral sands from the bulk handling terminal to be constructed; discussions and negotiations with the APMF (competent authority) in Madagascar; regulatory review concerning port operations.
