We advised an independent oil and gas company in Madagascar on its onshore activities. Advice ranged from corporate structuring to detailed aspects of the petroleum code, including fiscal provisions. We have also advised on area disputes between oil and gas and mining companies and assisted the development of a dispute resolution mechanism within the local authorities.
