We advised a world leading international security solutions group on its acquisition of a locally based security services company. Advice included a detailed review of several hundred employment contracts to evaluate termination liabilities, construction of a corporate flow chart to establish control within the organisation and to opine on the legislative environment surrounding the security service industry.
