We advised a major US fashion company in relation to labour law disputes at supplier’s factory in Madagascar. Advice included detailed review of all contracts and collective agreements, advice on personnel and union representation as well as advice on the provisions for termination of contract. We further advised on the mechanics of court procedure and alternative strategies to reduce exposure and publicity.
