ISDA transactions in Ivory Coast & Senegal

We advised a Bulge Bracket bank on Ivorian and Senegalese ISDA-based transactions. We reviewed for them:

Procedures on closing financial positions and setting off debts in case of commercial-and-insolvency default; and
Applying those procedures where the counterparty is a sovereign entity, a government agent, or a government department.
