Hanta is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Antananarivo office. Hanta specialises on advising clients on a broad range of commercial and telecommunication regulatory matters in Madagascar and across Francophone Africa. Hanta also advises client on labour issues and employee share schemes including the tax aspects of these plans. Hanta is fluent in French, English and Malagasy.
