Jean Pascal Ouendéno

Jean Pascal is our Country Partner in Guinea. He holds a Master’s degree in Private Law awarded by the University of Sonfonia / Conakry. Jean Pascal has over 12 years of experience in legal and tax consulting. He was the Tax Manager of Société Minière de Dinguiraye and worked at Afric'Conseil, PwC Tax & Legal Guinea and C2A.

Jean Pascal specialises in Legal and Fiscal Studies and Consultations, Mining Due Diligence, Legal and fiscal structuring of activities, Investment advice, Legal Secretariat and International mobility programs. He advises several clients in the mining, corporate and commercial, services, transportation and logistics sectors on their legal and tax operations.

Jean Pascal also advised several multinational companies in the structuring of their investments and activities in Guinea. He is fluent in French and English.
