Samba Baba N’diaye

Samba holds a Master's degree in Private Law, Research option from the Université Catholique de l’Afrique de l’Ouest, Unité Universitaire de Bamako – UCAO-UUBa, Hamdallaye. Samba Ndiaye specialises in Contract Law, Labour Law, OHADA Business Law, Corporate Law, Enforcement, Private Law and Litigation Law of the OHADA-governed Uniform Acts. He has extensive experience in debt collection and enforcement procedures as well as the resolution of complex legal issues. Previously, he used to be a lecturer in Business Law at the Université la Mémoire Supérieure, Délibougou. Besides his client work, Samba has drafted/proofread a large number of Community legislation, as a legal advisor, and published numerous scientific works. In addition to his clients work, he is also in charge of the Case Law Review of the Recueil PENANT (Quarterly Review of African Law) since 2004. Samba is fluent in French and English.
