Sahi Kouamé Hugues Patrick

Hugues is an Ivorian-qualified lawyer and holds a Masters in tax law from the University Félix Houphouët Boigny in Abidjan, as well as a Master’s in Business Law from the Université Catholique de l’Afrique de l’Ouest. Hugues has considerable experience in advising on all aspects of OHADA law and specialises in advising on tax issues in Ivory Coast. Hugues specialises in advising on cross-border telecommunications, corporate and employment issues in Ivory Coast. He advises and represents, individuals, corporations, organisations and NGOs on a diverse range of matters including acquisitions, re-financing, liquidation, and share charges. His local knowledge of the investment environment, the regulatory and legislative framework allows him to advise clients on private sector investment, capital raising and funding. He is fluent in French and English.
