Romuald Severin Mbou

Romuald graduated from the Université Marien Ngouabi in Brazzaville and also studied at the Institut Supérieur de Management in Dakar. Romuald has considerable experience in advising on all aspects of OHADA law as well as environmental law, maritime and hydrocarbons law in Congo. Romuald has been part of the John W Ffooks & Co team for several years. Thanks to his legal and fiscal expertise of over ten years, Romuald has set up a database covering all Congolese legislation. To this end, he has facilitated the creation of companies operating in areas such as telecoms, oil, transport, insurance, transit and mining. Romuald has acquired enormous experience during his various interventions for large firms and has benefited from international training in the various fields of law, in particular corporate law, labour law, environmental law, banking law, commercial law, maritime law, mining law, oil and gas law, intellectual property law, civil law and criminal law. Romuald is fluent in French and English.
