We recruit the best and brightest of Madagascar’s graduates. With our intensive, on-the-job training and an emphasis on client care and developing initiative, we are developing a new generation of lawyers for Madagascar. We enable our lawyers to build on what they have already learnt at university, by combining it with practical, hands-on transaction experience. Our junior lawyers are capable of working in any of our jurisdictions, and can be assigned to handle a project in each country - including placing them in country, if required. This ensures quality and consistency of delivery, whilst also enabling better oversight and time management, and the detail and quality of the end product.
Our junior lawyers are reliable, good-humoured, experienced in their main practice areas, and strike the right balance between taking initiative, and working under supervision with the senior associates and John Ffooks.
