Eliane Raholisoa is a graduate of the University of René Descartes Paris V, France with a Masters in Psychology.
Eliane specializes in Human Resources management and has more than twenty years of experience relevant to implementation strategy of HR, personnel administrative services, employee relations, employee benefits and recruitment. In addition, she is in charge of the evaluation and performance of staff within the executive team. Eliane also has experience in setting salary and terms & conditions of employment together with control of expenditures within agreed budgets.
